  • The refund request must be submitted by the original donor.
  • Only donations made online through our official website are eligible for refunds.

9.2 Refund Process

  • Date of Donation.
  • Amount Donated.
  • Transaction ID.
  • Reason for Refund Request.

Once we receive your request, we will:

9.3 Non-refundable Donations

  • Donations made after 7 days will not be refunded.
  • Donations made via third-party platforms (not through our website) are not eligible.
